Smart entry panel with advanced facial recognition and native UniFi system integration.
Professional entry system combines a 12MP camera with vertical 3:4 aspect ratio for complete head-to-toe view of a person, 3" touchscreen display with brightness up to 1,000 nits, and two-way audio for visitor communication. The device is optimized for Face ID with ideal viewing angle (H: 100°, V: 136.3°, D: 176.4°) ensuring precise person identification.
The panel offers five entry methods: Face ID facial recognition, Touch Pass via Apple and Google Wallet, NFC cards or fobs, PIN code, and UniFi Endpoint mobile app. Secondary 8MP package camera provides detailed view of deliveries and activity at the door. Durable aluminum construction with IP55 and IK07 certification enables outdoor installation in temperatures from -30 to +50 °C.
Operation without Access Hub
G6 Pro Entry functions as a standalone device with full support for all UniFi Protect features when connected to UniFi Console. To activate access features (NFC, Face ID, Touch Pass, PIN, QR codes), connection via Access Hub and installation of both applications – UniFi Protect and UniFi Access – is required.
Mounting and Accessories
The package includes three mounting options: stainless steel wall mount, SGCC steel gangbox mounting plate with polycarbonate cover, and 20° aluminum wedge mount. Installation box for cable concealment can be purchased separately.
Built-in Heating
The device contains a heating system that automatically activates for the first six hours after unboxing. The heating removes moisture from internal components and prevents condensation, ensuring clear image and reliable operation. The metal housing may be warm during this process, which is normal.
Compatibility and Requirements
For basic video intercom features, UniFi Console with UniFi Protect application is sufficient. To utilize all access features, UniFi Access Hub and installation of both UniFi Protect and UniFi Access applications on Cloud Console are required. The device supports connection to Intercom Viewer as a receiving unit via Interface Designer in the Access app. Includes 10 free annual Touch Pass accesses.
